01 // INQUIRY + INITIAL MEETING
Each of our brand maintenance packages begins with an inquiry. Just fill out the contact form to get started! We will shoot you an email with further instructions and a link to set up our first meeting together. During the consultation, we will get to know one another, walk through the design process, and go over any questions you might have.
02 // QUOTE + CONTRACT + INVOICE
If you would like to move forward with the process, you will receive a complete quote, copy of the contract, and an invoice for a 50% deposit. Once the quote, contract and invoice are completed, we'll send you a timeline of your project and a link to the calendar so you can book our design consultation to discuss your business, vision, and aspirations for your brand. Before our consultation, you will receive a client questionnaire to insure we are on the same page prior to your project start date, as well as instructions on how to get started in the client portal.
03 // BRANDING GUIDELINE
After our design consultation, we will send you a customized branding guideline to prepare for our upcoming project. Using your design questionnaire, this branding guideline will incorporate all the current elements of your brand for easy reference. With these colors, patterns, photos, icons, type, and other design essentials, we will shape your ideal brand by designing coordinating graphics. Including an inspiration board, this serves as the visual outline for your brand and helps to establish a foundation for the tone of the project. It also aids in establishing standards for your overall design. As your business evolves, we’ll be able to maintain visual consistency and easily incorporate your brand into new elements.
04 // MATERIALS
The final phase for brand maintenance clients is translating your brand into marketing materials. After we create the brand guideline for your business, we will design tangible elements that work best for your business needs. Your brand will not only be consistent, but will display professionalism in every detail. Winter Woods offers design for a wide array of marketing materials. 05 // INVOICE + CLIENT SATISFACTION
At the end of each design project, we send a final invoice to collect before sending any files, prints, or transferring ownership. Once we receive the final payment, you'll receive your finalized files through the client portal. We will also answer any final questions or concerns you may have. After your project comes to a close,you will receive a client satisfaction survey so that we can learn about your experience. This will also give you an opportunity to leave a testimonial or communicate any grievances.

Here at Winter Woods Design, we treat our In-House Design clients differently. Our In-House clients know exactly what they are looking for and need a talented designer to create that vision. Our studio offers services based on the project to ease you into the process of working on a consistent basis with a designer. We also offer *custom design outside of our listed services. After you have purchased the service that will work best for your business, we will shoot you an email with your invoice, further instructions, and a link to set up our first meeting together. 02 // MATERIALS
After the consultation, we will design the tangible elements that translate your brand into marketing materials. Each of our services is tailored for your specific needs. Using your brand content, we will design graphics that help streamline your business.
All information must be provided in order for your project to begin. In-house clients will receive digital proofs via the client portal. The proof provided to you will be a high resolution .jpeg file. When you receive your first proof, you will be asked to provide feedback for revisions, if needed.
03 // CLIENT SATISFACTION
At the end of each design project, you'll receive your finalized files through the client portal. We will also answer any final questions or concerns you may have. After your project comes to a close,you will receive a client satisfaction survey so that we can learn about your experience.
